4 Purpose of processing personal information
The personal information is collected to allow online shopping, such as ordering information, billing information, payment confirmation information or processing information between the merchant and the customer. The purpose of the register is also used for maintenance and management of the customer relationship, customer and direct marketing.

The information is collected on the electronic forms of the Johku web service. All information in the register is provided by the registered persons themselves upon registration and use of the service.

The information is not disclosed separately and remains only to the controller.. Personal information will not be handed over outside the EU or the European Economic Area.
8 Protection principles for the register
A. Manually processed material
If manual records are printed from the register stored in the computer, the data is stored in the locked state and the controller, and the authorities designated by law have only access to the material.
B. Information saved on ADP
The registry is located on the server of Aptual Commerce Oy, which is placed in a supervised server. Only the registrar and Aptual Commerce Oy's technical maintenance personnel can access the complete registry information. The merchant customer acquired by the Johku service has access to the personal information provided by this customer in the Johku web store to the extent required by the trading.
9 Right of inspection and enforcement of the right of inspection
Everyone has the right to inspect the information about himself. The right of inspection is once a year free of charge. The request for verification must be made in writing by means of a self-signed letter or in person at the Registry.
10 Correcting information and implementing data correction
Everyone has the right to request correction of the information in the register. The request for correction should be made in writing and in sufficient detail.
11. Other possible rights
According to Section 30 of the Personal Data Act, "the data subject has the right to prohibit the controller from processing data about himself concerning direct advertising, distance sales and other direct marketing as well as market and opinion surveys, as well as personal identity and genealogy.
